Getting started

What JobMatch.AI does

A quick tour of every part of JobMatch.AI and how they fit together.

Updated September 19, 2026

JobMatch.AI helps you apply for jobs with a résumé written for each posting — without inventing anything about you.

The main pieces

  • Résumé Bank — keep your résumés in one place. Each one can be refined into a clean master record that the rest of the product works from. How the Résumé Bank works
  • Résumé Optimizer — paste a job description and get your résumé rewritten for it, with an ATS score before and after, in any of twelve languages. How it works
  • Cover letters — written from your tailored résumé and the posting, then checked for a human voice. Cover letters
  • Find Jobs — search current postings with the full description attached, so you can tailor against the real text. Searching for jobs
  • Applications — track where each application stands. Tracking applications
  • Offers and hires — at Offer, write a negotiation brief; when you accept, mark it hired to get your hire story. Negotiation brief · Marking a hire
  • Auto Apply — campaigns that find new postings, prepare a tailored résumé and cover letter for each, and send the ones that can be sent for you. How Auto Apply works
  • Browser extension — captures postings and fills application forms in your browser. It submits only applications in an active campaign where you chose Auto-submit, and stops at any blocked or uncertain step. The extension
  • Interview Coach — mock interviews with scores and model answers. Interview Coach
  • Live Interview Assist — listens for the interviewer's question and suggests what to say, from your own record. Live Interview Assist
