Auto Apply
How Auto Apply works
A campaign finds new postings for your titles, prepares a tailored résumé and cover letter for each, and sends the ones it safely can.

A campaign
You tell Auto Apply which résumé to use, which job titles to look for, where, and how often. Each run then:
- Searches for each title, looking at postings from the past week.
- Drops postings that don't match your titles, are closed, or read as below the seniority floor you set.
- Ranks the rest by how well you fit and how credible the source is, and prepares a tailored résumé and a cover letter for the best ones: 5 per run unless you choose more in the campaign setup. A posting below the quality bar is never prepared, even if fewer qualify.
- Queues each as ready to send, and emails you a summary when the run ends.
A posting is remembered under every address it is known by, such as the employer's page and a job board's copy of it, so a run never pays for the same posting twice and never sends it twice. The next run picks up new postings. When you create a campaign it asks where you can legally work: Auto Apply reads the form first and sets aside postings that need authorisation you have said you don't have, before spending anything.
A run keeps going in the background — you can leave the page. Only one run per campaign happens at a time.
Two modes
- Prepare only — nothing is submitted without you. You send each application yourself.
- Auto-submit open forms — at your chosen send time, applications whose employer form is open (no login, no CAPTCHA) are submitted for you. Anything else comes back to you. Why some need you
Cost
Each posting prepared costs up to 1.5 credits: 1 credit for the résumé and 0.5 credits for the letter. Postings that are closed or filtered out cost nothing. What Auto Apply costs
"Prepared" is not "sent". Your campaign card and the run email show which applications went out and which are waiting for you.
