Auto Apply
Send time and timezone
In Auto-submit mode, ready applications go out together at the hour you pick, in your own timezone.
Updated September 30, 2026
In Auto-submit open forms mode, the send time is the hour in which Auto Apply may submit your ready applications. Everything prepared since the last send goes out in one batch.
Your clock, not ours
The time is stored as your own clock time plus your timezone — for example "10:00 AM EDT" — so it means the same thing wherever our servers are. Daylight saving is handled for you.
- You can choose any hour from 06:00 to 18:00. The default is 10:00.
- The timezone is taken from your browser when you create the campaign.
- Change the hour later on the campaign card, next to Auto-posting fires at.
Prepare only mode
Send time doesn't apply: nothing is submitted for you, and each application waits for you to send it.
