Auto Apply
Your Application Profile: answer once, filled everywhere
The questions every form asks, answered once. Auto Apply and the extension fill from it and from nothing else; the rest is left to you.
Updated October 16, 2026
Application forms ask the same questions everywhere: are you authorised to work here, what salary, how much notice. The Application Profile is where you answer them once. Auto Apply and the extension fill forms from it, and from nothing else. A question with no answer there is left for you on every form; nothing is guessed.
How it works
One page, with sections in the order forms ask them, and a plain reason under every question. It saves as you go, so there is no Save button. Where your résumé suggests an answer, it is shown marked suggested from your résumé: it counts for nothing until you confirm it, and Confirm all does it in one press.
The sections
- Contact — name, email, phone, address, LinkedIn and website.
- Work eligibility — authorised to work, and whether you need sponsorship, per country, because the answer differs in each.
- Preferences — relocation, ways of working, travel, salary, notice period, earliest start and the kinds of work you want.
- Experience — years of experience, years with your key skills, current employer and title, management, and education.
- Screening — the yes/no questions at the end of a form.
- Standing answers — the agreements and acknowledgements nearly every form asks, such as notices, text messages and keeping your details for other roles. Left unset, a form that requires one is handed back to you.
- Voluntary self-identification — optional, and never filled unless you choose an answer. "I don't wish to answer" is always available and is filled exactly as you choose it.
- Documents — which résumé to start from, and whether to send a cover letter only where the form asks, always, or never.
Salary
When a posting states its pay, Auto Apply answers at the 90th percentile of the stated range, rounded. When a posting states no pay, it answers at the 90th percentile of a market benchmark for the role and location. It never answers below your own minimum, and it never gives a number if you chose to discuss it.
Changing an answer
Edit it on the page; the next form uses it. Contact details also come from your tailored résumé, so keep that current in the Résumé Bank.
