Auto Apply
Using Auto Apply responsibly
Submissions go out in your name. Use automation only where the employer and platform allow it, and review what is sent.
Updated September 30, 2026
Auto-submit puts your name on every application it sends. You are responsible for using it where that is allowed.
- Check the rules. Some employers and job platforms don't allow automated applications. Where they don't, use Prepare only and send those yourself.
- It won't get around protections. It stops at logins and CAPTCHAs and never tries to bypass them.
- Review your materials. Read a few prepared résumés and letters from each campaign, especially at the start, and pause the campaign if they aren't right.
- Apply where you'd accept. Keep titles, location and seniority honest, so you aren't taking an employer's time for roles you don't want.
Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules in full.
