What you can and can’t do with JobMatch.AI
Be truthful about yourself, follow employers’ and platforms’ rules, and don’t abuse the service.
Updated September 22, 2026
The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. In short:
- Tell the truth about yourself. Don't use JobMatch to fabricate employers, titles, dates, degrees, licences or other credentials.
- Use Live Interview Assist only where assistance is permitted, and never to evade proctoring or detection. More
- Use Auto Apply only where automation is allowed by the employer and the platform. It stops at logins and CAPTCHAs by design. More
- Submission follows your campaign choice. Prepare-only waits for you. Auto-submit may continue only through a complete, unblocked form and stops for every gate you must legally pass yourself.
- Don't abuse the service — no scraping it, overloading it, getting around limits, reselling it, or collecting free credits with extra accounts.
- Only upload what you have the right to use, and don't upload other people's personal information without their permission.
Breaking these rules can lead to features being restricted or an account being closed.
