Deleting your account
Ask us and we’ll delete your account and its data. You can also delete individual items yourself at any time.

Deleting your whole account
There isn't a delete-account button yet. Ask us through Talk to a person (choose Privacy & my data), or email admin@rcinc.app from the address on your account. We confirm the request comes from you, then delete your account and the data linked to it — résumés, optimisations, cover letters, jobs, applications, campaigns, interview sessions, locked facts and stories.
Some records may be kept where the law requires it — payment records for tax and accounting, for example. Our Privacy Policy explains this.
Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted, so ask about any refund first.
Deleting individual things
You can delete résumés, optimisations, tracked applications, saved jobs, Auto Apply campaigns and interview stories yourself, at any time, from where they appear.
