Refunds
Getting money back for unused credits
Requests for a card refund of unused purchased credits are reviewed case by case under our refund policy.
Updated September 22, 2026
Automatic refunds put credits back in your wallet. Getting money back to your card for credits you bought is a different thing, handled by a person under our Credits & Refund Policy.
In short
- Requests for unused purchased credits made within 14 days of the purchase are considered case by case.
- Free credits — the sign-up grant, pack bonus credits and any goodwill credits — have no cash value.
- Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
How to ask
Use Talk to a person, choose Credits & billing, and tell us the purchase date and amount. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — a dispute can freeze the account while it's resolved, and we can usually sort it out faster directly.
