Refunds
I was charged but don't see a refund
Check your wallet history first. If a failed charge has no matching refund, send it to us for review.

1. Check your wallet history
Open the Wallet and look for a "Refund: … failed" line just after the charge. Most failures are refunded within moments of the error.
2. Check it really failed
If you left the page while an optimisation was running, it may have finished without you seeing the result. Look for it in your Résumé Bank's optimisations before assuming it failed.
3. Ask us to look
Rarely — for example if the server was cut off at its time limit — a charge can miss its automatic refund. Use Talk to a person and include the date and time, what you were doing, and the charge line from your wallet. A person will review it. The help assistant can't issue refunds itself.
If a card payment looks wrong (for example, charged twice), see Payment problems.
