Getting started

How to get help

Search the help center, ask the assistant, or send a message to a person.

Updated September 19, 2026

1. Search the help center

Type your question in the search box on the Support page. Results update as you type.

2. Ask the assistant

The chat button at the bottom right of every page opens the help assistant. It answers from these help articles and, when you are signed in, can see a few facts about your own account — your credit balance, your last few wallet transactions, your latest Auto Apply campaign and whether the browser extension is paired — so it can answer questions like "why was I charged?". It cannot see your résumés, and it cannot change anything or issue refunds.

3. Talk to a person

Press Talk to a person in the chat, or use the contact form on the Support page. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and the exact error text if there was one. You'll get a reference number, and a person replies by email. If you were chatting with the assistant first, the conversation is attached so you don't have to repeat yourself.

Please never send passwords, sign-in codes or card numbers in a message.
