Credits, pricing & payments
Reading your wallet history
Every credit in and out is listed with its date and a description.
Updated September 22, 2026
Your Wallet shows your balance and every transaction, newest first. Credits added are shown with a plus, credits spent with a minus.
Common lines
- Sign-up bonus — your starting credits.
- Wallet top-up — $… — a purchase; the credited amount already includes that pack's published bonus.
- Resume optimisation / Cover letter generation — a charge for that work.
- Refund: optimization failed (…) or Refund: cover letter failed (…) — an automatic refund, with a short reason.
Every change to your balance has a line explaining it. If something doesn't add up, the help assistant can read your last few transactions with you, or you can talk to a person.
