New accounts don't come with free credits. Instead your first credits come from the starter trial: 5 credits for $1 — a one-time offer worth about $5 at the standard rate.
It includes up to 2 Detailed Match and 2 Quick Match résumés. Spend the rest as you like — cover letters, Interview Coach, or Live Interview, where the trial covers the interview brief and about 26 live answers. After that, add credits to keep going.
You'll see it on your Wallet until you use it, then it's gone — it's one per account, and creating more accounts to claim it again isn't allowed under our Terms.
