Auto Apply
Setting up an Auto Apply campaign
Pick a résumé, titles, location, mode, schedule, an optional seniority floor and a send time.
Updated September 30, 2026
On Auto Apply, press New campaign.
- Résumé — the one each application is tailored from. A refined résumé works best.
- Titles — press Recommend titles from my résumé for up to ten suggestions (stretch titles start unticked), or add your own. A posting's title has to share a meaningful word with one of your titles; words like "senior" or "manager" alone don't count.
- Location, or turn on Remote.
- Mode — Prepare only or Auto-submit open forms.
- How often — daily, weekly, or manual (you press Run now). Runs start automatically on the schedule you pick.
- Don't go below (optional) — a seniority floor. Postings that read as more junior are dropped before anything is charged. A title that doesn't state a level is still prepared.
- Send time — for Auto-submit only. Send time and timezone
To save, you need a résumé, at least one title, and a location or Remote.
After it's set up
Press Run now to start a run straight away (up to six an hour). Click the campaign's status to pause or reactivate it.
