Your account

Email address, name, and — if you use Google sign-in — your Google profile picture. Session records include your IP address and browser, for security.

Your work

Billing

Usage

Which features ran and when, for security, rate limits, cost tracking and product improvement. AI usage logs record the task, model and token counts — not your text.

Browser extension

The extension keeps its own connection token in Chrome. For an application tab, it temporarily remembers the selected optimized-résumé ID, the job link, role and company so the same choice survives redirects and multi-step forms. That tab context expires after six hours and is removed when the tab closes.

The résumé file is not kept as a permanent browser download. When an upload field requests it, the extension asks JobMatch to generate the selected document, holds the bytes only long enough to create the upload, and attaches it to the employer's form. How application filling works
