Applications tracker
Tracking your applications
Keep every application in one place with its status, dates, notes and linked documents.
Updated September 30, 2026
The Applications page keeps a card for each job you're pursuing.
Statuses
Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer, Hired and Rejected. Filter by any of them. Hired is set when you press I accepted on an offer. Marking a hire
Adding one
Press Add Application and fill in the job title and company (required), plus location, status, job link, applied date, interview date and notes. You can edit or delete a card at any time.
Some cards are added for you:
- Batch optimisation adds each finished job as Saved.
- The browser extension's "I sent it" button marks an application as Applied.
Single optimisations and Auto Apply don't add cards — Auto Apply keeps its own list on the Auto Apply page.
From each card
- Download the linked résumé and cover letter as PDF or Word.
- Open the posting, or apply if it's still Saved.
- Start a Live interview for that job, with the company, role and posting filled in.
- On an Offer: Negotiate writes a negotiation brief, and I accepted marks it hired.
