"How it's going": reading your results

A running funnel from submitted to interviews to offers, and what seems to be working.

Updated September 30, 2026

At the top of Applications, How it's going shows your funnel: Submitted → Interviews → Offers, plus how many are not yet sent.

"Submitted" counts everything marked Applied, Interviewing, Offer or Rejected.

When it shows a pattern

Patterns need enough data to mean anything, so they appear once you have at least five submitted applications and at least one has reached an interview, an offer or a rejection. Until then you'll see how many more to track.

Where there are enough match scores, it also compares the scores of applications that went further with those that didn't. Keep statuses up to date — the panel only knows what you tell it.
