Résumé optimizer

A résumé rewritten for one job, from your own record.

Paste your résumé and the full job description. JobMatch reads what the employer is asking for, finds the proof for each requirement in your résumé, and rewrites the résumé around it — then checks the result in code before you see it.

Who it’s for

  • Anyone applying to a specific posting who wants the résumé to answer that posting, not a generic one.
  • Career changers and people returning to work, whose relevant experience is there but described in another field’s words.

How it works

  1. 01

    Read the posting

It pulls out what the employer actually asks for — requirements, seniority and the posting’s own vocabulary. The hiring company’s name, salary figures and equal-opportunity wording are never treated as keywords.

  2. 02

    Map your evidence

For each requirement it looks for proof in your résumé and quotes it: proven, equivalent, partial or absent. The posting itself never counts as evidence about you.

  3. 03

    Rewrite

It rewrites around what it found. Employers, job titles, dates, degrees, certifications and figures stay exactly as your résumé states them.

  4. 04

    Audit and repair

Code checks parseability, that every fact traces back to your résumé, readability, structure and term presence, and repairs concrete problems. Anything it suggests that your résumé does not state is marked for you to confirm or delete.

What you get

  • Two engines: Quick Match (about a minute and a half) builds the ideal candidate for the job inside your real career; Detailed Match (two to three minutes) is evidence-first and fully audited.
  • An evidence map of the posting’s most important requirements — complete, partial or missing — with the lines from your résumé that prove each.
  • Nine single-column templates built to be read cleanly by applicant tracking systems, as a text-based PDF, an editable Word file or plain text.
  • Résumés in twelve languages: by default the posting’s own, or any you choose.

What it won’t do

  • It does not invent experience. A requirement you cannot evidence is shown to you as a gap, not written into the résumé as fact.
  • The audit score is a document-quality diagnostic. It is not an employer’s ATS score and not a prediction of an interview.
  • A scanned or image-only PDF cannot be read; paste the text or upload a text-based file.

What it costs

Detailed Match costs 1 credit, Quick Match 0.5 credits. If a run fails or times out, the credit goes back to your wallet automatically. Downloads are free. No subscription — prepaid credits. All prices.

Questions

Will it add keywords I don’t have?
No. Missing requirements are reported as gaps. Lines it proposes that your résumé does not state are marked for you to keep or delete before you send anything.
How long does it take?
Quick Match usually takes about a minute and a half; Detailed Match two to three minutes. Keep the page open until it finishes.
Can I write it in another language?
Yes — French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Finnish, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Arabic or English. By default it uses the posting’s language.
