Job search
Job search that leads to the employer, not a copy.
Search by title and location. Each result carries its full description, so a résumé can be tailored against the real text — and where the employer’s own posting can be found, that is where “Apply” goes.
Who it’s for
- Anyone tired of applying through a board’s copy of a posting, or of agency reposts.
How it works
- 01
Search
Job feeds and employer job boards run on applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable; deeper searches add the wider web.
- 02
De-duplicate
When the same job appears twice, the version you can apply through most directly is kept: the employer’s own form, then the employer’s site, then a board’s copy.
- 03
Filter
Known staffing-agency reposts are filtered out, and each result says where its apply link really leads.
- 04
Tailor
Select one or several results and tailor a résumé to each.
What you get
- Full descriptions, not snippets.
- The employer’s posting where it can be found, or their careers site.
- Saved jobs and a tracker for what you apply to.
What it won’t do
- LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor block automated reading: their postings are linked for you to open, or captured with the browser extension.
- Sources vary, so the same search can return different results over time.
What it costs
Searching is free, including deep searches. No subscription — prepaid credits. All prices.
Questions
- Why don’t I see LinkedIn jobs in results?
- LinkedIn blocks automated reading. Use the browser extension on LinkedIn to read a posting in your own browser and bring it into JobMatch.
