Find Jobs & job boards
Where job results come from
Job feeds, employer applicant-tracking boards and, on deeper searches, the wider web — plus links to browse the big boards.
Updated September 30, 2026
A search draws on several kinds of source at once:
- Job feeds, including remote-job feeds for remote searches.
- Employer job boards run on applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable.
- The wider web, on Deep and Advanced searches only.
Which sources are available can vary, so the same search can return different results over time.
When the same job appears twice
We keep the version you can apply through most directly: the employer's own application form first, then the employer's site, then a board's copy.
LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor
These boards block automated reading, so their postings are not read into your results. Instead you get Board results to browse — links that open the board's own search. Some of them need you to sign in there.
To bring a posting from one of those boards into JobMatch, copy and paste its description (how) or capture it with the browser extension.
