Live Interview isn't hearing the interviewer

"That share had no audio"

You shared the tab but not its sound. Turn listening off and on, choose the meeting tab, and tick Also share tab audio before pressing Share. Sharing a window or your whole screen may not include tab audio.

The meeting is in the Zoom or Teams app

The browser can't hear a desktop app. Join the meeting in the browser instead, use JobMatch Desktop, or type each question into the box at the bottom.

"This browser cannot capture meeting audio"

Use a current version of Chrome or Edge on a computer, or type the questions.

Desktop app: "No system audio was captured"

Make sure the meeting is playing through your speakers or headset, not muted, and that the right output device is selected.

"Transcription is not available" or "The transcription connection failed"

Our transcription service couldn't be reached. Turn listening off and on to retry. Meanwhile, type or paste the questions — answers still work.

Your own microphone

If your browser blocked the microphone, allow it from the icon in the address bar. The interviewer can still be heard without it.
