Troubleshooting
An Auto Apply run stopped or stalled
Runs pick up where they stopped. Press Resume or Run now, and check your credits.
Updated September 22, 2026
"Stopped responding after preparing N applications"
The run stalled. Press Resume on the campaign card to carry on where it left off.
"Out of credits after preparing N"
Top up, then press Run now. Everything prepared is kept.
"The AI service is busy"
The run waits and retries on its own. If it gives up, nothing more is charged — run it again later.
"The server didn't answer in time"
Press Run now again. A run that had already started carries on regardless.
Nothing was prepared
- "No usable résumé in your bank" — add a résumé and refine it.
- "This campaign has no job titles" — edit the campaign and add titles.
- Few or no matches — broaden your titles or location, or lower the seniority floor. Postings must share a meaningful word with one of your titles.
- "The job search kept timing out" — try again a little later.
Still stuck? Talk to a person and name the campaign.
