Troubleshooting

Didn't get a sign-in code

Check spam, wait a moment, and resend — only the newest code works.

Updated September 22, 2026

Try these

  1. Check the address you typed in the sign-in window.
  2. Look in spam, junk, promotions or updates folders. The email's subject starts with the code itself.
  3. Wait a minute, then press Resend code. Only the newest code works — a new one cancels the old.
  4. Codes expire after 10 minutes and work once. If yours says it's invalid, ask for a new one.
  5. Work email? Some company filters hold or delay messages. Try a personal address, or use Continue with Google if it's offered.

"Try again in N seconds"

There are limits on how many codes can be sent and tried in a short time, to protect your account. Wait the time shown.

Still nothing? Talk to a person — you can use the chat or the contact form without signing in.
