Résumé Optimizer
Why Full Coverage was retired
The optimiser now uses one evidence-first approach; unsupported keywords are never forced into the résumé.
Updated September 19, 2026
Older versions of Optimize offered Full Coverage, which tried to place every posting term, sometimes as "adjacent experience". That could make a résumé read like a keyword list or imply a tool the candidate had not used.
New optimisations use Evidence-first for individual, batch and Auto Apply runs. The job's leading requirements are mapped to quoted candidate evidence; unsupported terms appear as gaps, not résumé claims. Older saved résumés are unchanged, so review any Full Coverage result carefully before submitting it.
