Live Interview Assist
The readiness check
Before the interview, see which likely questions you can answer from your record and where you have gaps.
Updated September 22, 2026
The readiness check reads the job description (so add one first) and takes a minute or so.
What you get
- Six to nine competencies the interview is likely to probe, each marked Strong, Partial or Missing, with a note of what isn't in your record.
- Two or three questions you could ask them.
Why it matters
A gap you know about is a gap you can prepare for. Fill it with a real story if you have one. During the interview, a question that hits a gap gets a Your detail prompt rather than an invented answer, and the questions to ask are used when the interviewer asks if you have any.
