Using the extension on any careers site
Turn on Help on every site, and the side panel ranks your résumés against any posting and fills the form you open.
Updated October 16, 2026
The extension knows the big job boards and application systems. Help on every site extends it to any employer's careers page.
Turning it on
Open the extension's popup and switch on Help on every site. Chrome asks once for access to all sites; it is optional, and the extension works without it. After that it spots application forms and job postings on any page and shows a small button in the corner. It reads only the page's layout to spot them, and nothing leaves your browser until you press that button.
The side panel
The button opens JobMatch's side panel beside the page. It reads the posting from the page and ranks your résumés, tailored ones and those in your Résumé Bank, by how well each fits it. The ranking is free and uses no credits.
- Use this résumé for the application picks one for that tab, as in filling a form. Bank résumés can be attached too.
- Tailor a new one for this job prepares a tailored résumé in your account, and shows its price before it charges. When your best fit is weak, it comes first.
- Save this posting to JobMatch keeps the job.
Fields with unusual labels
Forms word the same question in different ways. When a field's label isn't one the extension knows, JobMatch may use AI to work out which of your saved answers it is asking for. It only ever chooses from your Application Profile, never writes an answer, and never does this for consent boxes or essay questions. A field filled this way stops auto-submit, so you check it first.
Still your decision
It fills when you press the button, outlines what it can't answer in red, and never signs in for you or gets past a CAPTCHA.
