Finding a past résumé or tailored version

Open the Résumé Bank and type in Find a résumé or tailored version.

Search by the résumé name, the job title or the company name. Partial names and small spelling mistakes work too. You can combine a company and a role, such as "Caseware implementation". Exact matches are ranked ahead of approximate matches.

Where results appear

• Your résumés contains saved master résumés. Search also checks the role titles and employers in their structured work experience.
• Tailored versions contains résumés previously optimised for specific jobs, with their ATS reports and any saved cover letters.

Search covers your whole account, not just the latest 100 optimisations. Use Previous and Next when there are more results. Clear résumé search restores the newest-first list. Your search is preserved in the page URL so refreshing keeps it.

Press Preview to read a result, or Download to choose its document format. Searching and previewing do not generate a new optimisation or use credits.

If a résumé is missing

Try a shorter company name or part of the job title. Check that you are signed into the same account used for the optimisation. If results fail to load, press Try again rather than assuming the résumé was deleted. Signed-out search covers only résumés saved in that browser; tailored versions require sign-in.
