Résumé Bank & uploads
Résumés saved while you were signed out
Signed out, the Résumé Bank saves to this browser only. Sign in and they move into your account.
Updated September 19, 2026
If you add résumés without signing in, the Résumé Bank shows a banner saying they are saved only in this browser. They live in your browser's local storage — not on our servers — so they are not on any other device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Moving them into your account
Sign in on the same browser and open the Résumé Bank. Anything saved locally is moved into your account automatically, and you will see a note saying how many were moved. From then on they are saved to your account.
If they are missing
Local copies only exist in the browser they were added in. If you added them in a different browser, a private window or before clearing site data, they cannot be recovered — add them again.
